I had a 30 minute wait just for my appetizer and it looked like someone just added water and oil to spinach. It was not the creamy dip I've had there before. When I complained, the waitress just made excuses. It took another round of complaints before she even tried to make it right by "removing the cost of the dip from our check." I used a $20 coupon for the meal and only $1 total was taken off the bill, not the entire $7 cost of the appetizer that was promised. When confronted with this, she said that was all that could be done. |

Things I like about Brick Oven:
- The pizza is really crispy and usually very good. I have to admit, I haven't tried them all, but probably around 8 different ones. Just a warning, I like onions, but they usually go WAY overboard on them.
- Plenty of choices
- Everyone has been courteous and friendly
- The atmostphere is great.
- They answer the phone quick and take your orders quick for call ins.
The negatives:
- Don't get in a hurry. I've waited 30 minutes after showing up, after calling in before.
- A bit pricey for what you get.
- The salads need improvement |

I eat here several times a week. I always order a Mortar salad... yum! And, their Italian sub is great. If I'm wanting pizza, the margherita with chicken is delish. |
