Nice atmosphere - great place to bring your laptop, have a cup of something warm and feel cool and stylish. I've not had a problem with the service, but I've been with people whose food arrived 20 minutes after the rest of the table, and only after checking back at the counter - and then it was the wrong thing. They were out of several different kinds of bagels, at not that late in the morning, though they were apologetic about it. Desserts are good, sandwiches are hit and miss. |

I have to agree with most everyone else. The service is never very good (and at times some of the employees can be down right rude). The food and deserts are actually very good, but for the price that you pay you could easily go to an actual restraunt and get much more food. I'd be a lot more willing to put up with the service if the food was a little less pricey or a little more filling. |
